Canterbury_Eraser

The Canterbury Eraser is supposed to be an indestructible slope soarer, made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam - well almost indestructible, as it turned out.

Landing on a slope and in strong winds is always fraught with danger, particularly when there are fence posts in the way.

Specifications:

Airfoil: Selig 3016

Span: 1.2M

Length: 0.8M

Weight: 650g

Control: Elevator/Aileron

The Eraser is fun to fly, but suits a moderate to strong breeze only. As an aviator purist, I was horrified to see the way the wings are taped to give strength and color.
